Terrible service in person and virtual, they do not know how to attend to or provide solutions to the problems one has with transfers and/or services, they deduct my commissions more than normal, terrible service.

They don't know how to charge a plane ticket... 20 people and none of them are trained to charge... I had to go to another branch
